Seneca Lake's Cottage Rental Rates:

Below we offer you our rental rates and as you will see, they differ depending on the time of the year. We currently have openings in all 3 time periods so book soon before they are gone. We know you will love staying at this charming, lake front cottage and enjoy a spectacular view over the lake every day.

April through October, $650.00/week + 4% Yates County Tax.  $100.00/night for 3 night minimum April-June and after Labor Day-October

*A $200 refundable reservation/security deposit is required for all reservations + 4% Yates County room tax.  Weekly reservations run from Saturday to Saturday.
